Assembly Rules
The Morning session begins with assembly in which all the students and staff members are expected to join. Students are to move class wise in a queue with hands locked at the back under the supervision of class teacher.
Maintain a low voice level while entering and exiting the assembly area.
Follow teacher or presenter directions.
Clap, talk and cheer only at appropriate times (Positive cheer only)
During the school assembly students have to observe proper decorum and solemnity befitting the occasion.
Politeness and courtesy of speech and good conduct are expected from the pupil.
All students must be dressed neatly in full school uniform. Wearing the ID card is compulsory. Students coming to school in untidy dress/hair etc., will be refused entry to school.
Students are required to wear tie and belt with school uniform as prescribed by the school, on all working days except Wednesday and Saturday where in they are supposed to come to school in house T-shirt and white trousers. Modifications to the school uniform are not allowed.
Be attentive and respectful at all times.
Stop talking and be attentive immediately when the presenter is ready to speak or the presentation is ready to begin.
Face the presenter/presentation at all times.
Do not bring unnecessary items to an assembly.
At the end of assembly, remain seated until the teacher gives exit instructions.
Do not lie on the floor or lean on classmates.
Teachers will only allow students to leave (to use the washroom) under extreme circumstances.
